These terms govern all offerings available through the domain ElderLawNow.info. Effective 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service or product provided by ElderLawNow, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Service Offerings

ElderLawNow provides legal awareness services, digital informational materials, and printed resource kits specifically designed for seniors.

3. Policies by Offering

3.1 Professional Guidance Sessions

Guidance sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Cancellations or requests for a new date made at least 48 hours prior to the session start are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Once a session has begun, no refund can be issued, as the service has been rendered in full.

3.2 Informational Materials

Digital handbooks, recorded seminars, and similar materials are delivered through an access link. Requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before any content has been accessed. If access has not been initiated, the full amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Materials that have been accessed are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Physical Resources

Printed guidebooks and resource packets may be shipped to the address you provide. Customers may send back unused items in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Upon our receipt of the package, the purchase amount, minus any forwarding expenses, will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of inspection. Forwarding expenses are non-refundable. To arrange a send-back, please contact us at least 5 days before the deadline.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule guidance sessions at no extra charge if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered, and no refund or credit can be issued.

5. Refund Protocol

All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Approval may require confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these policies. No refunds will be processed for materials already accessed or services already delivered in full.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
